Returns policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The item(s) must not have been worn, or washed. Also, the item must be free from lint, hair, etc. Heirwear reserves the right to refuse any returned item that is not in the original condition. Any merchandise purchased at a discount or sale cannot be returned.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with return instructions as well as where to send your return. Please note, customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost and must be shipped with tracking. Additionally, if an item(s) is shipped to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues
We strive to create an excellent customers experience, but we understand that problems do occur. So with that in mind, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will work with you to evaluate the issue so that we can reach a quick and appropriate resolution.
