SHIPPING & RETURNS
DELIVERY
- We hand make each item and your order will ship within 3-6 days after purchase on business week days (Monday-Friday) US Eastern Time with a cut off time of Noon on Friday. The orders that come in from the weekend, will be processed on Monday and will follow the 3-6 day time frame. If your order has not been shipped within this timeframe, we will contact you accordingly.
- Free shipping on orders $49 or more.
RETURNS
- We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The item(s) must not have been worn, or washed. Also, the item must be free from lint, hair, etc.
- Heirwear reserves the right to refuse any returned item that is not in the original condition. Any merchandise purchased at a discount or sale cannot be returned.
- To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at custservice@shopheirwear.com If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with return instructions as well as where to send your return. Please note, customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost and must be shipped with tracking. Additionally, if an item(s) is shipped to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

I just ordered a few shirts for my Wife and I on January 31st 2022. They arrived today – February 2nd 2022. Initially I didn’t know what to expect from a packaging perspective. However, upon arrival, I was very surprised and pleased with the quality and detail taken to ensure that my order was handled with care and attention. I ordered four shirts two 3x’s (for me) and two L’s (for my Wife)
My 3x shirt fit perfectly. Snug around the arms. Somewhat tapered at the waist and comfy around the neck. Thank you so much!
We’ll be ordering white shirts next but, you’re not supposed to wear white after Labor Day :0)
